Check-In Requirements

The person checking in must be 18 years or older.
A credit card imprint is required at check-in to cover any incidental charges.
Photo ID is required at check-in and must match the name on the booking.
A record or copy of the ID may be retained to verify identity and prevent fraudulent card use.

Please note: Golden Hills Motel reserves the right to refuse any booking based on a guest record with the Bendigo Motel Association.

Our terms & conditions

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that, the full booking amount will be charged.

For bookings of less than 3 nights:

Off-peak periods: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM the day before arrival
Peak periods: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM three days before arrival

For bookings of 3 nights or longer:

Off-peak periods: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM three days before arrival
Peak periods: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM seven days before arrival

Group bookings and extended stays may require a non-refundable first night’s deposit or have special cancellation conditions. These will be advised at the time of booking.

This cancellation policy applies only to direct bookings.
Bookings made through Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Booking.com are subject to their policies and may be non-refundable.
OTA service fees are non-refundable, and non-refundable bookings made via OTAs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
